Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Log in or create a customer account to initiate a return in the recent orders section of your profile. Please note, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Grooming and Waste products cannot be returned. 

Exchanges

At this time, we're unable to process direct exchanges. To ensure you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, we offer two options:

  1. Store Credit: Return your original item for store credit, which you can use immediately toward a new purchase. This way, you keep your buying power with us and can choose your new item right away.

  2. Refund & Reorder: Request a return for a refund to your original payment method, then place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Go to petspossessions.com log in or create an account to initiate a return in the recent orders section of your profile.
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
  3. Package items securely and ship back to us
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Perishable items (food, treats) cannot be returned for safety reasons
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
