How to Report Animal Abuse
- Document the situation with photos or video if safe to do so, DO NOT confront the abuser directly.
- Note the location, date, time, and description of the animal(s)
- Contact local animal control or law enforcement immediately
- Follow up with national organizations like ASPCA or Humane Society
- Provide all documentation and be prepared to give a statement
