Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we're unable to process exchanges. To ensure you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, we recommend requesting a return for your original item and placing a new order for the item you'd prefer. This way, you won't have to wait for us to receive your return before getting your new item shipped out.

Return Policy

We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Grooming and waste products are not eligible for returns.

3. Package items securely and ship back to us
